Seriously one of the best deals around! I love the gyro plate with fried rice. You get a ton of food for under $10. Today I got the gyro plate special that had fried rice, vegetables, Gyro meat, olives, feta cheese, cucumbers, cabbage and a quinoa salad. Then it came with a salad bar entree or chips and soda! $8.79 is what I paid for this special. A must try!

I'm surprised there aren't more reviews - I suppose it speaks to the fact that Valentino's is a hidden gem. Valentino's is superb by downtown restaurant standards. Good-sized portions, friendly staff that tells you to have a nice day, and solid prices. I highly recommend it.

Nice food and fairly priced for downtown Minneapolis. They offer daily specials and everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I will definitely be back! Not only was the service phenomenal but the food was amazing! Lunch there again tomorrow. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

My absolute favorite place to eat downtown. So many more options than a chain Mexican restaurant. You will not leave hungry.

I eat here often during the workweek. You cannot beat the value, period. I'm a bit surprised that they can make any money. Good tasting food, as well. They offer a different special each day which generally makes use of the vertical spinning Greek style cooked chicken and lamb( not sure what those things are called). Recommended.

I have been coming here on a weekly basis for several years now, and these guys never disappoint. The food is always delicious, and the staff is always friendly. Give em a shot!

Valentino Cafe is really a great place! The ambiance of the restaurant and store is of course, very downtown and skyway. The place looks and smells like a Greek, Mexican place and does not have tons of seating but really nice natural lighting. The staff is friendly and interested in helping everyone understand all the foods and choices. I'm always happy with all the allergy friendly options that Valentino Cafe has especially the giro salad and I'll happily return as often as possible and look forward to it each time.

Yummy! Best Gyros in town. But these guys always have fresh salad fixings that are hard do find for a quick lunch in downtown.

Great cafeteria style lunch place

One of my fav lunch spots downtown. One of the best values down here. Great tacos, cheap salad bar, staff is Super friendly. Definitely on my weekly rotation for lunch.

Really great! Most importantly the staff is so friendly!! I am sure they deal w/ alot of grumpy downtown workers but they are always so nice! Great deal especially on Monday's. A must do for lunch!

Love this place. Odd concept of the Mexican Mediterranean mashing but it works well.

You've got to try this place! It's delicious and NOW they have home made chicken wild rice soup for a limited time ONLY! It's the best!! My choice of food is either tacos or a burrito bowl! And the people working there are so friendly and kind. You won't be disappointed!

Very fresh ingredients
